Prize: Prizes (30): Each winner will receive eight (8) 4-ounce bags of Baken-Ets® brand products (each bag valued at approvimately $2.49) each month for a total of twelve (12) months. The flavor of each bag included in the monthly delivery shall be determined by Sponsor, in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Winner does not receive their choice of flavor(s). Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $239.04. Winner must accept prize as stated by Sponsor or prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. Any difference between the stated ARV and actual value of a prize will not be awarded. Total ARV of all prizes is $7,171.20

Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal U.S. residents residing in one of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older (19 or older for Alabama and Nebraska residents) with a valid US driver’s license or government issued photo ID at the time of entry. The following persons are not eligible to participate: employees, contractors, directors, and officers of Frito-Lay, Inc. (“Sponsor”), Propac Agency (“Administrator”), and each of their respective parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies, distributors, Web design, advertising, fulfillment, and promotion agencies involved in the administration, development, fulfillment and execution of this Sweepstakes (collectively, “Promotion Parties”), and the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, grandparent, and/or “step”) of each and those living in their same households (those persons whether related or not who live in the same residence for at least three [3] months during the twelve-month period preceding the start date of the Sweepstakes).
