Prize: 6 night’s stay at Boschendal for 2 people. This trip includes a picnic at Boschendal, chocolate and wine pairing, lunch at the deli, dinner with the winemaking team and an extensive tour of Cape Town. Airfare and ground transportation included.

There will be one (1) Grand Prize available. The Grand Prize Winner, upon the Administrator’s confirmation of eligibility, will receive a 7-day/6-night trip for two (2) people to the Boschendal Winery in Cape Town, South Africa (the “Location”). The Grand Prize package includes: 

-Two (2) roundtrip standard economy airfare tickets from a major commercial airport in the USA

-A picnic at the Boschendal Winery

-A lunch at the deli

-Chocolate and wine pairing

-A dinner with the winemaking team

-Extensive tour of Cape Town including the most southern tip of Africa and Table Mountain.

-Ground Transportation while in the Location

The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the total Grand Prize package is $10,000, which will vary depending upon points of departure and destination and seasonal fluctuation of hotel rates and airfares. 

Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) USA (including D.C.) who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of entry (the “Entrants”). Employees, officers and representatives of the Sponsor, Boschendal LTD, the Administrator, their respective parent companies, employees, officers, directors, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, sales representatives and advertising and promotional agencies, and the officers, directors, agents, and employees of each of the foregoing, and members of their immediate families (defined as including spouse, biological, adoptive and step-parents, grandparents, siblings, children and grandchildren, and each of their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) or households (whether related or not) of any of the above are NOT eligible to participate in this Sweepstakes. Non-eligibility or non-compliance with any of these Official Rules will result in disqualification. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. (For the avoidance of doubt, any references in these Rules to Entrants shall also include the Entrant who is deemed the Winner (as defined below)).
