Prize: Two (2) Grand Prizes are available to be awarded. Each winner will receive a Yacht Week Cruise vacation (“Vacation Package”) for winner and *one (1) verified guest on Saturday, August 26, 2023 through Friday, September 1, 2023. Winner’s guest must be 21 years of age or older and a resident of the United States or District of Columbia and must sign and return a Guest’s Eligibility, Liability and Publicity Release (where lawful) prior to the trip. Vacation Package includes: 

• One (1) 2-person cabin aboard on a Premium Monohull yacht (yacht/location/category as well as travel itinerary [including ports of departure and return; ports of call; available excursions] to be chosen by the Sponsor at its sole discretion) for seven (7) days/six (6) nights;
• Meals onboard the yacht to include six (6) full spread breakfasts, six (6) prepared lunches, two (2) dinners (with meal options to be determined by yacht cruise provider and subject to restrictions of yacht cruise provider);
• One (1) Check in the amount of seven thousand U.S. dollars ($7,000.00) for the winner that may be used for items not included as part of the Vacation Package that include but are not limited to: cost and expenses associated with air travel (e.g., transportation between winner’s home and gateway airport, parking fees at gateway airport, airline luggage fees, transportation to and from destination airport from marina/port of departure); any necessary travel documentation required including a valid passport and/or visa; meals that are not included as set forth above; gratuities; carrier-imposed fees; shore excursions at ports of call which are not included as part of yacht cruise; travel and medical insurance (including any additional insurance so as to address possibly contracting/being quarantined with COVID-19/Coronavirus); any immunization requirements of yacht cruise provider, ports of call or otherwise (including but not limited to immunization against COVID-19/Coronavirus); laundry service; spa treatments; local and long distance telephone calls; ship to shore communications including internet; merchandise and souvenirs; incidental expenses; income and other taxes; and all other costs and expenses not otherwise mentioned herein.

Eligibility: The White Claw® Hard Seltzer Yacht Week Vacation Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the states of Alabama, Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Massachusetts, Michigan, Missouri, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, and the District of Columbia who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry.
