Prize: The following prizes will be awarded (each a “Prize” and collectively, the “Prizes”):

A.     One (1) grand prize winner will receive the following (total ARV $4,430.00 USD) —

·       Two (2) tickets for the grand prize winner and one (1) guest to attend Crunchyroll Expo 2023 at the San Jose McEnery Convention Center located in San Jose, California to be held August 4, 2023 to August 6, 2023 (the “Convention”) (ARV $930.00 USD); and

·       A cash prize of $3,500.00 USD for a trip for the grand prize winner and one (1) guest to San Jose, California to attend the Convention (“Cash Prize”) (ARV $3,500.00 USD)*.

B.     One (1) second runner up prize winner will receive one (1) $500 BoxLunch Gift Card (ARV $500.00 USD).

C.    Three (3) third runner up prize winners will each receive a CrunchyRoll Prize Pack (ARV $250.00 USD per pack)(total ARV $750.00 USD).

Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States who reach the age of majority in their state by the Sweepstakes start date. Employees of Hot Topic, Inc. d/b/a BoxLunch (“Sponsor”) and Crunchyroll, LLC (the “Prize Provider”), as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of those employees, are not eligible to enter.
