Prize: ONE (1) PRIZE –NATIONAL GEOGRAPHIC EXPEDITIONS Vacation Package

National Geographic Expeditions, (“National Geographic Expeditions”) shall provide to Filson (“Promoter”) to be used solely in connection with the Promotion to be awarded by Promoter in the Territory to the prize winner, (the “Prize Winner”),

• One (1) twelve (12) day/eleven (11) night National Geographic Expeditions “Morocco: Legendary Cities and the Sahara” trip, (the “Trip”) and with additional inclusions, if applicable, as set forth below (collectively the “Vacation Package”) for the Prize Winner and up to one (1) guest (“Guest”) (Prize Winner and Guest(s) together, the “Group”). The Vacation Package is subject to restrictions and conditions, including those set forth in the Agreement and below.

The Vacation Package consists of the following:

• Roundtrip coach airfare between a major international commercial airport near Prize Winner’s residence (“Airport of Origin”) and an international airport at or near the originating and ending point of the Trip (each as determined solely by National Geographic Expeditions, with possible stopovers) for the Group;
• Eleven (11) nights of accommodation for two (2) people on the Trip including:
• One (1) double occupancy room per location (location/category at the discretion of National Geographic Expeditions). Maximum occupancy two (2) people
• Participation in a guided group travel experience (as determined by National Geographic Expeditions in its sole discretion)
• Transportation within the land package
• Services of local experts
• Services of Expedition Staff
• On-tour luggage handling
• Gratuities for bellmen, housekeepers, drivers, activity providers and dining room staff
• Scheduled meals (excluding alcoholic beverages)

The Trip is pre-scheduled for specific dates and subject to availability. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each Vacation Package is US $20,990
