Prize: Grand Prize (1): A maximum of one (1) Grand Prize will be available to be awarded. The Grand Prize consists of the opportunity to attend the Formula 1® Heineken® Silver Las Vegas Grand Prix 2023 on Saturday, 11/18/2023 including:  round-trip coach class airfare for winner and one (1) guest (age 21 or older) from the nearest major metro airport as designated by Sponsor to winner’s residential home address to Las Vegas, NV; three (3) nights hotel accommodations for two (2) people—one room, double occupancy (scheduled for Thursday, 11/16/2023 – Sunday, 11/19/2023) at a Sponsor-designated hotel in the Las Vegas, NV metro area; two (2) general admission grand stand tickets to the Formula 1® Heineken® Silver Las Vegas Grand Prix 2023 race, round-trip car service for two (2) people from the hotel reservation location to the Formula 1® Heineken® Silver Las Vegas Grand Prix via the car service as solely determined and designated by Sponsor, and one (1) $500 gift card towards dinner while in Las Vegas, NV from the Sponsor designated gift card provider.  Gift card subject to the terms and conditions of the issuing gift card provider.  Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize award: $7,500.

Regional Grand Prize (1) – Florida Residents only: A maximum of one (1) Regional Grand Prize will be available to be awarded among eligible entrants who are residents of the State of Florida (see below). The Regional Grand Prize consists of the opportunity to attend the Formula 1® Heineken® Silver Las Vegas Grand Prix 2023 on Saturday, 11/18/2023 including:  round-trip coach class airfare for winner and one (1) guest (age 21 or older) from the nearest major metro airport as designated by Sponsor to winner’s residential home address to Las Vegas, NV; three (3) nights hotel accommodations for two (2) people—one room, double occupancy (scheduled for Thursday, 11/16/2023 – Sunday, 11/19/2023) at a Sponsor-designated hotel in the Las Vegas, NV metro area; and two (2) general admission grand stand tickets to the Formula 1® Heineken® Silver Las Vegas Grand Prix 2023 race.  Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Regional Grand Prize award: $5,000.

Regional F1 Miami Prize (4) – Florida Residents only: A maximum of four (4) Regional F1 Miami Prizes will be available to be awarded among eligible entrants who are residents of the State of Florida (see below). The Regional F1 Miami Prize consists of the opportunity to attend the Formula 1® Crypto.com Miami Grand Prix 2023 scheduled for 5/5/2023 – 5/7/2023 and includes: two (2) tickets to one day at the Formula 1® Crypto.com Miami Grand Prix race on the Sponsor designated date (between 5/5/2023 – 5/7/2023), opportunity to view a portion of the race from the Gondola, and hotel accommodations for two (2) people—one room, double occupancy—for two (2) nights.  Reservation dates and hotel location as solely determined and designated by Sponsor.  Total approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each Regional F1 Miami prize award: $1,000.  Total ARV of all available grand prize awards:  $4,000.
