Prize: SIX (6) PRIZES AND THEIR APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES (“ARV”): ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive one (1) Trip for Grand Prize Winner and up to three (3) Guests to Honolulu, HI consisting of (i) round-trip economy class air transportation between major commercial airport nearest Grand Prize Winner’s residence and Honolulu, HI; (ii) four (4) nights standard quad hotel accommodations at a hotel designated by Sponsor; (iii) use of one (1) full-size automobile rental for five (5) days; (iv) one (1) tour for Grand Prize Winner and up to three (3) Guests of the Dole Pineapple Farm located on Oahu, HI (i, ii, iii and iv, collectively “Grand Prize Trip”); and (v) one (1) check made payable to Grand Prize Winner in the amount of five thousand U.S. Dollars ($5,000) or six thousand eight hundred Canadian Dollars ($6,800 CAD) for tax assistance based on the approximate value of the Grand Prize (i, ii, iii, iv and v, collectively, “Grand Prize”). ARV of Grand Prize: up to $20,000 USD/$27,200 CAD; and FIVE (5) RUNNER-UP PRIZES: Five (5) Winners will each receive one (1) Ryan’s World Island Adventures Toy bundle designated by Sponsor. ARV of each Runner Up Prize: $75.00 USD/$100 CAD. TOTAL ARV OF ALL PRIZES: UP TO $20,375 USD/$27,700 CAD. The ARV of any prize is determined as of the date of the printing of these Official Rules. The Canadian Dollar equivalency against the U.S. Dollar is subject to change based on the day the prizes are delivered to the winners. The difference in value of any prize as stated herein and value at time of prize notification or distribution, if any, will not be awarded. The Prizes are not redeemable for cash, and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason. No transfer or assignment of any prize permitted except to a surviving spouse in the event of the death of that Prize Winner. Any difference between the stated ARV of any Prize and the actual value of that Prize will not be awarded. No cash substitution, assignment, or transfer of any Prize permitted. Winners are solely responsible for any and all applicable taxes and all other costs on the prize. Limit one (1) Prize per household. Sponsor will have no further obligation to any winner who forfeited his/her prize and will not replace any forfeited prize. If the Grand Prize Winner is a resident of the U.S., he/she/they will be required to supply Sponsor and Sweepstakes Administrator with his/her social security number and he/she will be issued a FORM 1099-MISC for tax purposes as required by law. A winner from Canada may be subject to withholding tax as applicable under tax treaties. All Prize Winners are solely responsible for all taxes on prizes as applicable.  Entries are subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with the terms of these Official Rules.
