The SUMO Dough blender, it blends things exceptionally well. It’s really solidly built (as you’d expect from a SUMO anything), and the fact that it doubles as a heavy-duty pastry cutter doesn’t make the SUMO dough blender a write off. If you do like to make a lot of pastry, it would certainly come in handy. If you don’t own a stand mixer, it might be helpful on more heavy duty pastries than I made too.
